David ThomasCARBINAt rest after a long illness fought with courage on
Friday 18th July 2025 whilst at home,
Dave, aged 59 years of Abbey Hulton.

Much loved son of Kath and the late Tom,
loving dad of Liam and Beckii,
cherished brother of Richard and Michael .

Dave, will be deeply and sadly missed but fondly remembered
by all his loving family and freinds.

A private cremation will take place at Dave's request.

If anyone is wishing to make a donations in Dave's memory
this would be gratefully received for Great Ormond St Hospital
